• Is sourced from third-party providers
• Should be verified with your broker before making any decisions
• Is not guaranteed for accuracy or timeliness

We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the data provided.

This Platform utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) to generate analysis, suggestions, and content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions
• AI models have limitations and may not account for all market conditions
• AI outputs should be considered as one of many inputs in your decision-making process
• AI recommendations should never be the sole basis for any financial decision
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Option Wizard, its owners, operators, developers, affiliates, partners, and employees shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Trading losses or investment losses
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Any other damages, however caused

This limitation applies regardless of whether the damages are based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

As a user of this Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

All content on this Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and code, is the property of Option Wizard or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

The Platform may integrate with third-party services, including brokerage accounts (e.g., Tastytrade). When using these integrations:

• You are subject to the terms and conditions of those third-party services
• We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services
• We do not guarantee the availability or accuracy of third-party data
• You authorize us to access your brokerage data as permitted by your authorization

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Platform will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and associated data
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us. No binding-arbitration requirement is imposed by these Terms.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the mandatory laws that apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Option Wizard and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your trading activities
